SCMC, Inc. has been active in Project and Construction Management as an Owner’s Representative since inception.  Focusing on School District construction first as a General Contractor and then as a Project and Construction Management firm, we have successfully completed hundreds of projects from conception to closeout.  Our background includes assessment, feasibility studies, design development, extensive maintenance and operations project coordination, deferred and scheduled maintenance projects of all type, purchasing, bidding as well as a wide ranging knowledge of construction materials, means, and methods.  There are many larger firms, but none better at providing personalized service.

We consider ourselves an Owner's Representative Construction Management firm who specializes in personalized service to School Districts.  Serving in this capacity, we are able to effectively understand the needs of a District and adjust our services based upon those needs.

We act as an extension of the District during the Facilities Assessment pre-construction period of development through the completion of construction and make recommendations based solely on their benefit to the district resulting in completed projects equal to or exceeding expectations.  As a firm who has worked in this capacity with several local School Districts, including San Marino, Pasadena, San Gabriel and Rio Hondo CCD, SCMC, Inc. is unusually qualified.
